Wellbrook Farm, L26 3UB (the postcode won’t take you to the Barn, as it covers a large area).

From HALE SIDE – From this direction the postcode will try to take you past the Barn. When on Lower Road, follow it past the Chemical Factory (on right) and our Hale Border Paddock (on left), under the bridge, round the left hand bend – and at the end of the farm buildings on the left, there is a gateway off the main road. Turn in here and the Barn is through the gates.

From HALEWOOD SIDE – The postcode will try to make you stop at Brook Cottage (on your right), before you arrive at the Barn. Go past this house for approx. 250 yards, on your right (before you reach any farm buildings) you will see a gateway. Turn in here and the Barn is through the gates.
